Fancy Hot Dogs

These are truly the best hot dogs I've ever had. Buy a good quality hot dog if you can't find the Olympia Provisions brand. It's worth the effort to seek them out though! (and yes they are extra long for buns)

Ingredients

• 1 Olympia Provisions Frankfurter 
• 1 hot dog bun
• Tienda Salsita salsa - your choice of flavor!

Optional Ingredients

• pickled jalapeño, pickled onions, kraut, pickled carrots
• chopped avocado
• cotija cheese
• Mayo, Mustard, Ketchup
• Arugula or other greens

1. In a frying pan or on the grill, cook the frankfurter over medium-high heat until browned on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside

2. Toast bun to desired color or crisp up in a pan with butter until golden. 

3. Nestle the frank into the bun. Add the toppings of your choice but what really makes this hot dog incredible is the addition of our spicy salsas and the mixture of fresh or pickled veggies. Be creative!
