Tienda Salsita is a woman-owned salsa company based in Windsor, California. We’re dedicated to preserving traditional Mexican culinary practices and supporting local farms through small-batch, stone-ground salsa made with fresh Sonoma County–grown produce.

Position: Fulfillment & Shipping Assistant

Schedule: Tuesdays or Wednesdays, 4–6 hours per week (flexible start/end times). Additional hours available during busy seasons.
Hourly Wage: starting $18/hour, depending on experience and reliability.
Location: Windsor, CA

What You’ll Do

Label and organize jars
Manage inventory and prepare markets
Pack wholesale and e-commerce orders
Help keep our systems running smoothly behind the scenes

Bonus Skills (a plus but not required)

Experience with social media or newsletters
Spanish speaking

Who You Are

Organized, detail-oriented, and excited to support a small but growing food company. You’re proactive, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Position: Farmers Market Sales Associate

Schedule: Part-time; Every Saturday (with opportunities for Thursday/Sunday markets and occasional fill-ins). 6–8 hours per market.
Hourly Wage: starting $20/hour, based on experience + tips + salsa perks + commission.
Location: Markets throughout Sonoma County (starting point: Windsor, CA).

What You’ll Do

Load up at our Windsor kitchen and transport to markets
Set up and break down booth (tent, tables, signage, etc.)
Connect with customers, share our story, and confidently sell salsa
Provide excellent service and product knowledge
Process sales using Square POS
Keep the booth clean, organized, and inviting

Who You Are

Punctual, upbeat, and comfortable engaging with people
Reliable transportation
Able to lift ~40 lbs and stand for long periods
Retail or food-handling experience is great, but we’ll train the right person
