TIENDA SALSITA accepts all major credit cards. For consumer orders all payments must be made via credit card or valid TIENDA SALSITA giftcard. Wholesale payment terms are prepay by ACH, check or credit card, unless otherwise specified in writing. On any past due invoice, Seller may impose interest of 2.0% per month or the highest rate permitted by law (whichever is less). In the event of Buyer's default, Seller may recover costs, fees, and expenses, including but not limited to recovery of attorney's fees, court costs and fees, and collections costs.


TIENDA SALSITA processes online orders once a week via USPS and UPS. We will contact you via email if any of your items are out of stock or backordered. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $115 - during the Holiday season $150. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.  *Salsa club subscriptions do not qualify for free shipping. 

Shipping charges for items that require special handling or international shipments will be provided on an individual basis.

We are not responsible for any delays in weather condition, local delivery errors or international custom clearance. We are not responsible for any type of loss, accidents or damages after delivered by our shipping carriers. 

For international shipments please contact TIENDA SALSITA. Customers are responsible for any additional charges such as customs, taxes or duties incurred during shipping. International orders are non-returnable. These orders may be affected by customs and excess delays.


TIENDA SALSITA offers exchanges with approval by phone or email. Please include a copy of your original receipt. Please pack carefully. TIENDA SALSITA is not responsible for damage that occurs in return shipping. Customers' original shipping fees are non-refundable and customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. TIENDA SALSITA is not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery to TIENDA SALSITA. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.

Our standard wrapping consists of butcher paper and the appropriate size bag or box. If your purchase is a gift and you would like to include a message and complimentary card, please include a note in the “special instructions” section at checkout. Please also let us know if you would not like the invoice included in the box. 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy. We do not sell or share your information and we do not use it for any reason other than processing your order. We do not send additional emails unless it is pertaining to your order or if you have signed up for our newsletter.
