Earthy, deeply flavorful, and a little spicy. Salsa de 5 Chiles is made with organic olive oil and a blend of five different chiles, each bringing its own layer of flavor, warmth, and depth.

Simple in its ingredients but complex in its flavors. This seasonal chile oil is made for spooning over sandwiches and soups, roasted vegetables, fish, grain bowls, and soft cheeses. Use it as a marinade, cook with it, or keep it on the table as a finishing sauce. A little spoonful brings rich, layered chile flavor to just about anything.
