This is such an amazing artisan product and so mind blowingly good. The depth and combination of flavors in this salsa is like nothing I’ve seen on the consumer market in the USA. I have a culinary education and have eaten at some of the best restaurants in the world and feel this is truly a unique and special product that should not be passed up. It’s worth every penny and delicious served many ways. Hands down, it’s the best salsa I’ve ever had. It’s great with tortilla chips, of course, but I also love it on my daily salads.
This salsa is the best I've ever tasted and my friends all say the same. It has the perfect smokey flavor and just the right heat for those who like a little spice. Even my kids love it! It's not too hot and delicious on everything.
I don't like chili too hot and this one is perfect! Nice deep flavors and smoky. I've shared it with friends who travel the world extensively and they said it was the best salsa they ever had! I'm buying some for Christmas or just because gifts and of course for myself!
I use this in almost all my recipes like I would salt and pepper. A tablespoon or two in sauce, marinade, dressing, or glaze brings a rich fullness without overpowering the other flavors. It adds that warm chili balance that I find necessary to complete a dish.
If I want more heat I can always add fresh chili as needed. I think it is time to order again.
There is really nothing this salsa does not go with. I've paired it with meat, eggs, pasta - you name it and I've probably eaten it with Morita. It simply elevated any dish, adding complex flavor and mild smokiness. Simply put - you need this as a staple in your fridge.
